You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using the Service: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services; (c) persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal; (d) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of UFO4D and its affiliated companies; (e) persons who have had accounts closed by UFO4D for breach of terms; (f) persons acting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes.
You may deposit funds into your UFO4D account using any of our supported payment methods, including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements if applicable. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours and within 15 minutes at all other times. However, UFO4D reserves the right to delay or investigate any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
Before processing your first withdrawal, UFO4D requires you to complete our KYC verification process by submitting a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and potentially additional documents as requested. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being declined.
UFO4D maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts found to be used solely for money transfer purposes (depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets) will be closed and funds returned to the source after deducting administrative fees.
UFO4D offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x depending on the bonus type. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
UFO4D reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse. Bonus funds are generally not withdrawable until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, your bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and winnings from that deposit will be withdrawable. UFO4D may impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from bonus funds, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
All games offered on the UFO4D platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. All bets are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or disputed outcome, UFO4D's determination will be final. For sports betting, bets are settled according to official results from recognized governing bodies. If an event is postponed, suspended, or canceled, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the specific sports betting rules.
All content on the UFO4D platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of UFO4D or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without express written permission.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, your account will remain closed for the specified period and cannot be reopened early.
UFO4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) underage gambling; (d) multiple account abuse; (e) bonus abuse; (f) use of the platform for illegal purposes; (g) abusive behavior toward staff; (h) any activity that harms the integrity of our platform or other players.
If your account remains inactive (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months, UFO4D may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
Gambling involves risk. UFO4D makes no guarantee or warranty that you will win or profit from using our services. Historical results, RTP percentages, and statistical information are provided for informational purposes only and do not predict future outcomes.
While UFO4D strives to maintain 99.5% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from system downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UFO4D's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UFO4D regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by UFO4D of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
